NATURE OF THE FIRM

McBreen & Senior was founded in 1997 by Peter J. McBreen and David A. Senior. The Firm represents foreign and domestic corporate clients in matters involving commercial and tort litigation and appellate work, employment law issues, products and premises liability, and aviation and insurance law.

The Firm also is committed to pro bono representation of individuals in need of legal representation who cannot afford to pay for it. McBreen & Senior regularly spends over 20 percent of its hours working on pro bono matters as the cases may require.

McBreen & Senior employs college students and graduates who are considering a career in law to assist the Firm with the filing and service of legal documents, document organization, factual research, and the use of IT systems and software. Over 50 such former college interns have enrolled in law school, including at Stanford, Harvard, Boalt Hall, Hastings, USC, and UCLA. NATURE OF PRACTICE

McBreen & Senior is retained by clients when circumstances dictate the need for resolution by trial and appeal. The Firm manages litigation with experienced lawyers who can optimize efficiency while providing aggressive representation. The Firm successfully has represented parties at trial and on appeal in multi-million dollar claims involving employment discrimination and sexual harassment, aviation accidents, civil rights, fraud, and products liability in Boston, Chicago, New York, San Francisco, and Southern California.
